Port Hercules is the only deep-water port in Monaco. It has been in use since ancient times and today it provides anchorage for up to 700 vessels. Pilots are required for all vessels longer than 30 metres.

I was born in the Republic of Moldova and at 16 years old I moved to France to pursue my studies. I did a Bachelor of Business and Administration at Kedge Business School and Aarhus Business School and then I followed with a specialized Master in Energy at Grenoble School of Business.
I started my energy career in the refining, trading & shipping industries in France, afterwards gained experience with fuel and shipping operations in Switzerland. During the trendy times of renewable energy, I took another challenge to explore and grow this business in Kazakhstan. Ultimately, my passion for oil and shipping industry pivoted me back into the fuel and shipping world.
During my free time, I enjoy playing chess, swimming, hiking in the mountains and sailing sea boats.

I'm Russian. Born in 1958 and have been in this business since 1991 (5 years on the customer’s side and since 1996 on the supplier’s side). Have had some marine experience as an engineer on watch on fishing trawlers, operated worldwide 1981-1986. Russian and English speaking. Leisure time: Diving, travelling, gardening, barbecue with friends.
I have been with Dan-Bunkering for more than 6 years. I have developed my expertise in especially the offshore sector, both in terms of understanding and knowing our clients’ requirements and also working with the suppliers and creating solutions together with them. It brings me great satisfaction to solve tricky and difficult situations to the benefit of our clients. In terms of geographical knowledge, I have strong focus on the West African market for deliveries offshore and in ports where the demand is often a little extra.

I was a Bunker Trader for five years, but since 2010 I have been working with a lot of other different projects across our group. In my spare time, I try to compensate for the sedentary yet exiting office job by running.

I was born in 1993 in the middle of Denmark where I have lived most of my life. I graduated from business college in 2013 and have worked with and studied business and economics ever since. Born in Esbjerg, Denmark. Been working within shipping since 1981, where I started with A.P Møller in Houston, Texas. After 15 years (9 years in Copenhagen) I changed to work for J.Lauritzen as a bunker purchaser. Started with Dan-Bunkering Nov 2003. Mainly dealing with Danish clients and offering support to ship owners and bunker suppliers, when they become involved with marine fuel quantity or quality claims and disputes. I was born in Denmark, 1997. Although my first name is Mathias Lennart, I only use Lennart. In 2017, I graduated from Sorø Academy boarding school and after that I worked as a Store & Event Manager in the catering business. My motivation comes from hard work and loyalty, and I believe that anything can be achieved. The bunker business environment is constantly changing and that’s what inspired me to start a career as a bunker trader.
