Kasper Rosenberg promoted Senior Bunker Trader in Stamford

Dan-Bunkering (America) Inc. is pleased to announce that effective 1 May 2020, Kasper Rosenberg has been promoted to Senior Bunker Trader in its Stamford office.

Kasper, a Danish national, commenced his career in the bunker industry when joining the company’s office in Middelfart, Denmark, as Bunker Trader in 2013. Prior to that he spent two years working for the group’s shipping and agency division.

In 2015, Kasper relocated to Stamford to help start up the company’s first office on the US East Coast as well as expand the company’s presence in the North American market.

Michel D. Thomsen, Commercial Director, comments: “Since joining this office, Kasper has demonstrated great dedication and made significant contributions to the development of the department. He is a great team member, and his commercial insight and also noteworthy networking and business skills are all very valuable assets to us. A promotion to Senior Bunker Trader is indeed a well-deserved appreciation of his long-term efforts with the company”.

The office in Stamford currently consists of six employees with several years of bunker experience combined.
